At QRemember.Me, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 7-day return policy on all QRemember.Me QR memorial markers and products.

Return Period

You may return your QRemember.Me product within 7 days of receiving your order. The return period begins on the day you receive your package as confirmed by our delivery records.

• All returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receipt
• Returns requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted
• For holiday seasons or special events, the return period remains 7 days unless specifically extended in writing

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that return shipping costs must be shouldered by the buyer. QRemember.Me is not responsible for covering any return shipping expenses.

• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely
• QRemember.Me is not liable for items damaged or lost during the return shipping process

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition
• All packaging materials must be included
• The product must not show signs of damage, scratches, or alteration
• Any included accessories or documentation must be returned
• The QR code must not have been activated or registered

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return your QRemember.Me product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at contact@qremember.me within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and the reason for your return in your email
3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team (typically within 24-48 hours)
4. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and components
5. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions, keeping proof of shipment
6. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
• The full product price will be refunded, excluding the original shipping fees
• Return shipping costs are not refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us immediately at contact@qremember.me
• Include clear photos of the damage or defect
• For verified manufacturing defects, we may cover the return shipping costs
• Replacements will be sent once the defective item is received and verified

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized QR memorial pages that have been activated and populated with content
• Custom-designed memorial markers with personalized engravings
• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper installation
